If you wish to exchange or return an item, you have 14 days to do so.
1. Use our return portal to create and purchase a return label and send it together with the filled out cancellation form back to us:

2. Drop off your return at a postal outlet of your choice (DHL within Germany, UPS outside of Germany). Important: Always keep your shipping receipt, which you will be given at the postal outlet after you have dispatched your return!
3. Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days.
After a successful review of your return, we will refund you the purchase value via the payment method you originally chose. Depending on the bank, it may take a few days until the refund is credited to your account.
For returns from outside of the EU: From a customs point of view, you are the exporter when returning the goods. This means that you are responsible for the proper customs declaration of the goods. For this, we ask you to obtain the relevant information from the customs authority responsible for you.
