Would you like to sell your worn noni wedding dress easily and make a new bride-to-be happy? We offer you the opportunity to do this with noni preloved, because we sell your used wedding dress second hand for you in our outlet in Cologne.

Please note: we currently only accept bridal skirts and trousers from noni on commission; we do not include other items and bridal fashion labels in our range. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Send us an email to: preloved@noni-mode.de including:

– Your name/maiden name (which you used to buy your wedding dress from us)
– Product name and size
– Order date/purchase period
– State your height
– 1 to 2 meaningful photos

If your wedding dress fits into our preloved range, you will promptly receive an email from our team with the next steps.In rare exceptional cases it may happen that your wedding dress cannot be included in our second hand selection for various reasons - but even then we will contact you in any case, don't worry.
Carefully packaged and professionally cleaned in advance, you send your used wedding dress to the address given in our email (important: with the additional address “attn. noni preloved”).

Don't forget to enclose a piece of paper with all the important information (your name, item name, size and address) so that we can process and allocate your shipment more quickly. You must bear the costs of sending it to noni yourself. If you come from near Cologne, you can also bring your dress to us by prior arrangement.

Once we have received your shipment, we will check the condition of your item of clothing within 14 days and get back to you with a fair price proposal. All details will be explained in the commission contract that will be sent to you afterwards. If, after careful quality checks, we are unable to include your wedding dress in our noni preloved range, we will send it back to you at our expense.

The time has come: for 12 months from the conclusion of the contract, your dress will remain with us as a second hand piece and is looking forward to being discovered by a new bride in our noni bridal fashion outlet in Cologne.

As soon as we have sold your wedding dress, we will immediately send you an email and transfer the proceeds promptly to a bank account that you have previously specified. This isn't just good for your wallet - by selling your noni wedding dress you're making your contribution to sustainability!
